History of Brooches
The history of the brooch can be traced all the way back to the bronze age to fasten garments. During the Renaissance, the brooch was established a a decorative accessory of aristocrats. During the Victorian era mourning brooches gave a personal connection to someone that passed away. While still worn by royalty and Hollywood stars, brooches have fallen in and out of fashion over the past 50 years. During this Zoom era brooches have made a comeback adding a fashion statement via computer screens.
