Option 1: The Measuring Tape Method

1. Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist just below the wrist bone (where you would normally wear a bracelet).

2. Adjust it to your comfortable fit—not too tight, but not too loose.

3. Note the measurement in inches.

Option 2: The String & Ruler Method

1. Wrap a piece of string, ribbon, or a strip of paper around your wrist.

2. Mark the exact point where the end meets the rest of the string.

3. Lay the string flat against a ruler to get your total measurement.

Pro-Tip:  we recommend measuring for a "natural" fit. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for the most comfortable movement!
